If you booked your order for a pickup and would rather drop it off at a local carrier store, we offer an easy way for you to make that change online. Changing to a drop off will not change your label. If you need to locate a store where you can drop off your shipment, please refer to our article titled "Choose a Drop Off Location."
1. Edit order screen.
First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to change to a drop off. Navigate to ShipSticks.com, click on My Account > Shipments, choose the shipment you would like to change, and click "Edit Shipment."
2. Click on Change.
Once on the edit order screen, click "Change" under the "How do we collect your bags?" section.
3. Make your changes.
Use the dropdown menu to change from a pickup to a drop off. Once you've made the change, click "Save & Continue."
4. Review your changes.
The next screen shows a summary of your order and any additional fees. Changing from a pickup to a drop off will provide you a refund for the pickup fee. Click on "Continue" to move to the next screen.
5. Process your changes.
The next screen refunds any fees to your credit card on file. Click on Refund to continue.
6. Confirmation receipt.
The last screen will reflect the new changes to your order. You will also receive an email from us that will reflect any changes that you made. Changing from a pickup to a drop off will not require you to print a new label for your shipment.
