If you need to change the delivery address for your shipment, we offer an easy way for you to make that change online. Changing the delivery address for your shipment will change your label, so a new label will need to be printed. However, you can only change the delivery address online if your shipment has not been shipped yet. If your bags have already shipped and you need to change your delivery address, please contact us to see what solutions we can offer you.
1. Edit order screen.
First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to change your delivery address. Navigate to ShipSticks.com, click on My Account > Shipments, choose the shipment you would like to change, and click "Edit Shipment."
2. Click on Change.
Once on the edit order screen, click "Change" under the Destination Address section.
3. Make your changes.
Enter the new delivery address for your shipment. You can also change the contact phone number for the pickup address as well. Once you've made the changes you'd like, click "Save & Continue."
Because an address change can also alter the delivery-by date of your shipment, you will need to confirm your pickup date and shipping speed on the next page. Click "Save & Continue" when you've confirmed the details.
4. Review your changes.
The next screen shows a summary of your order and any additional fees. Click on "Continue" to move to the next screen.
5. Process your changes.
The next screen charges any additional fees to your credit card on file. Click on Pay to continue.
6. Confirmation receipt.
The last screen will reflect the new changes to your order. You will also receive an email from us that will reflect any changes that you made. Changing the delivery address will require you to print a new label for your shipment.
