All of our shipments are guaranteed to deliver on or before your delivery-by date. If your plans change and you need to change the delivery-by date for your shipment, we offer an easy way for you to make that change online. However, please keep in mind you will not be able to change your delivery-by date to a weekend or a holiday. Additionally, you will not be able to edit your delivery-by date online if your shipment has already shipped.
If your shipment has already shipped, please contact us to see what solutions we can offer you
1. Edit order screen.
First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to change your delivery date. Navigate to ShipSticks.com, click on My Account > Shipments, choose the shipment you would like to change, and click "Edit Shipment."
2. Click on Change.
Once on the edit order screen, click "Change" under the Shipping dates section.
3. Make your changes.
If you would like your delivery-by date to be later, you have two options: choose a slower shipping service or to adjust the pickup to a later date. If you would like your delivery-by date to be earlier, you have two options: choose a faster shipping service or to adjust the pickup to an earlier date. A faster shipping service will also come with an additional cost. Once you've made the changes you'd like, click "Save & Continue."
4. Review your changes.
The next screen shows a summary of your order and any additional fees. Click on "Continue" to move to the next screen.
5. Process your changes.
The next screen charges any necessary fees to your credit card on file. Click on "Process" to submit the change to the delivery-by date.
6. Confirmation of your changes.
The last screen will reflect the new changes to your order and whether or not you need to print new labels. You will also receive an email from us that will reflect any changes to your shipment.
