All of our shipments are scheduled to be picked up between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on your pickup date. However, if your plans change and you need to change the pickup date for your shipment, we offer an easy way for you to make that change online. However, please keep in mind you will not be able to change your pickup date to a weekend or a holiday.
1. Edit order screen.
First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to change your pickup date. Navigate to ShipSticks.com, click on My Account > Shipments, choose the shipment you would like to change, and click "Edit Shipment."
2. Click on Change.
Once on the edit order screen, click "Change" under the Shipping dates section.
3. Make your changes.
Click on the pickup date field to change your pickup date. Please keep in mind that changing the pickup date will also change your delivery-by date. Once you've made the changes you'd like, click "Save & Continue."
4. Review your changes.
The next screen shows a summary of your order and any additional fees. Click on "Continue" to move to the next screen.
5. Process your changes.
The next screen charges any necessary fees to your credit card on file. Click on "Process" to submit the change to the delivery date.
6. Confirmation receipt.
The last screen will reflect the new changes to your order and whether or not you need to print new labels. You will also receive an email from us that will reflect any changes that you made.
