Need flexibility? Full-Day Window: our Full-Day Window (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) is available for a small fee for future-dated and same-day pickups. Your driver will arrive at some point during the day — just have your shipment packed, labeled, and accessible for the entire window.
Only available at a specific time? 1-Hour Window (Powered by Uber): if you need your pickup to happen within a specific, narrow timeframe — for example, if you're only available in the morning — our 1-Hour Window is the best fit. It's available for an additional fee — choose the one-hour timeframe that works for you. Service availability and options may vary based on location and shipment details.
Don't want to wait for a pickup at all? Drop off for free: you can skip the pickup window entirely by dropping your shipment off at a local carrier store — it's free, and you can drop off whenever works for you during the store's business hours.
