When scheduling a pickup from a golf course, please make sure that your shipment is packaged properly, labeled, in the appropriate pickup location, and that it is ready for the entire pickup window. Additionally, if you are golfing on the day of your pickup, your shipment may not actually be picked up until the next business day.
Preparation and Labeling: Ensure your shipment is properly packed and labeled before 9:00 am on the day of your scheduled pickup. This helps in avoiding any last-minute rush and ensures that your package is ready for collection. If you forget your label, you can contact us and our team can assist with emailing it to the pro shop.
Packaging Requirements: Your shipment must be securely packed in a hard case, soft travel bag, or a box. This ensures the safety of your items during transit.
Pickup Location: Check with the golf staff to find out where carriers normally pick up packages. Smaller facilities typically have pickups right from the golf shop, but there may be a loading dock where your sticks will need to be taken for pickup by the carrier.
Date Restrictions: Some private clubs may be closed on Mondays for maintenance. Make sure the golf club is scheduled to be open on your pickup date. We try to include these details on our website, but these restrictions can also be seasonal.
Scheduled Pickup Date: If you are golfing the day of your pickup and have your shipment available after your round, it may not be picked up until the following business day. This would also adjust the delivery of your shipment by up to one business day as well.
By following these guidelines, you can help ensure that your pickup is seamless. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us.
