Our Full-Day Window (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) is $4.99 for future-dated and same-day pickups. Your driver will arrive at some point during the day — just have your shipment packed, labeled, and accessible for the entire window.
Only available at a specific time? 1-Hour Window (Powered by Uber)
If you need your pickup to happen within a specific, narrow timeframe — for example, if you're only available in the morning — our 1-Hour Window is the best fit. Choose the one-hour timeframe that works for you for $24.99 for future-dated and same-day pickups. Service availability and options may vary based on location and shipment details.
Don't want to wait for a pickup at all? Drop off for free
You can skip the pickup window entirely by dropping your shipment off at a local carrier store — it's free, and you can drop off whenever works for you during the store's business hours. Use our store locator to find the nearest location, and see Drop Off My Shipment for helpful tips.
