Included with every order at the time of purchase is up to $200.00 in Shipment Protection coverage offered by Ship Ship Sticks in the event of a delay. This coverage is only extended after our team has exhausted all available options to expedite delivery prior to your first round of golf. Covered expenses for golf bag shipments and terms are as follows.
Shipment Protection Covered Expenses:
- Golf club rentals
- Golf shoes
- Golf tees
- Golf balls (max. 1 dozen)
- Golf gloves (max. 2 gloves)
Shipment Protection Terms:
Covered expenses include golf club rentals, golf shoes, golf balls, golf gloves and golf tees. Items such as golf balls and gloves are limited in quantity based on the nature and length of the delay. Clothing expenses will be covered for luggage orders only. Shipment Protection coverage is offered in the form of a reimbursement check that will be mailed to your attention upon approval of submitted expenses. Any third party fees incurred at the expense of Ship Sticks to expedite delivery will be deducted from the final reimbursement amount. We kindly ask that itemized receipts are submitted here within 14 business days of the originally scheduled delivery date. Proof of golf in the form of a receipt must also be provided if any items were purchased at a retail location. Greens fees, cart fees and miscellaneous accessories will not be covered under any circumstances. Ship Sticks reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursement amount. Maximum reimbursement will not exceed $200.00 per delayed package.
IMPORTANT: Ship Sticks shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, extreme temperatures, high winds, lightning, strikes, energy interruptions, labor disputes, natural disaster, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, epidemics, power failure, inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities, labor disputes, terrorism, criminal activity, governmental demands or requirements, inclement weather, war, declared or undeclared, or the acts of government (each, a "Force Majeure Event"). If affected by a Force Majeure Event, Ship Sticks shall be excused from performance to the extent made necessary by such event.
