- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Claims.
- Click the link that says "Click here to file a Shipment Protection Claim for a delayed package."
Delayed bags are rare with Ship Sticks. However, we have a dedicated resolutions team that monitors any delayed shipment and takes appropriate action.
