While it is rare, if your shipment is delivered and an item inside your shipment is damaged, please follow the below instructions to file a claim:
- Go to www.ShipSticks.com
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Claims.
- Click the link that says "Click here to file a claim for Damaged/Missing Items."
The amount you will be able to claim for the damaged item is designated by the amount of insurance you chose for your bag during the booking process. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, please contact us.
