If you choose to ship to a carrier store, it's important to note that the store must correspond to the shipping carrier assigned to you on your Ship Sticks shipping label.
Additionally, while our preferred carrier is assigned to your shipment upon booking, we understand that in certain locations, some carriers can be easier to use than others. If you’d like to use UPS instead of FedEx or FedEx instead of DHL, our team can check whether a carrier change is possible for your shipment.
