If you prefer not to ship to a home, hotel, resort, or business, you have the option to send your package to a carrier store. Many carrier stores provide a convenient hold-for-pickup service. Below, we’ve included helpful information to ensure a smooth and successful delivery to a carrier store.
Match your label's carrier: The carrier store you select must correspond to the carrier assigned to your shipment. If it does not, the carrier store will reject the delivery. Typically, most of our shipments are handled by FedEx. If you choose a FedEx store for delivery but your shipment is assigned to a different carrier, you can update your delivery address online or contact us for assistance.
Potential fees: Some carrier store locations may charge additional fees for accepting shipments. These fees are often assessed on a per-bag or per-day basis and are not included in your Ship Sticks shipment cost. We recommend reaching out to the carrier store in advance to inquire about any applicable fees before shipping there.
Find a carrier store: If you need to locate a carrier store nearby a certain location, you can either use your favorite search engine or our store locator on our website. We always recommend calling the store ahead of time to ensure they are able to receive your shipment. If you are looking to ship to a FedEx Onsite or Walgreens location, it is important to contact the store ahead of time to ensure they are willing to receive your shipment. All locations will only hold your shipment for a certain amount of time before it is returned to sender.
Delivery timing: Your shipment will deliver to the carrier store by end of day on or before the delivery-by date on your order. We recommend scheduling your shipment to arrive at least one business day prior to when it is needed. Please keep that in mind as you make plans on when to collect your shipment. You will receive a notification from Ship Sticks once your shipment is delivered. While you can schedule your shipment to arrive on or before a specific weekday, actual deliveries may occur on any day of the week.
Holding for Pickup: Most carrier stores require you to pick up your shipments within a certain amount of time. Before shipping to a store, please contact them in advance to confirm how long they will hold your package.
