You can confirm the details of your shipment — the ship date and delivery-by date, the pickup and delivery addresses, and the number and type of bags — on your order tracking page.
Viewing your details: open the tracking link from your confirmation or shipping emails, or log in and go to Manage account → Manage orders and click View details on your order. If anything needs to change, click Edit order right on that page.
