If your shipment is remaining in the United States, we recommend that it is locked. While any kind of theft is extremely rare, failure to lock or secure your items may result in the inability to file a claim for any missing or lost items.
However, if you are shipping internationally, locking your shipment is strictly prohibited. This is due to customs screenings. Any delays from locking an international shipment will void our shipment protection policy.
