If you're shipping your luggage with Ship Sticks, we have included some steps below below to ensure that your luggage arrives at its destination securely and on-time.
- Pack your bag: we accept duffle bags, roller suitcases, and boxes. For maximum dimensions and weight limits by luggage type (carry-on, checked, and oversized), please see our Choose a Bag Size article.
- Label your bag: we recommend using an oversized luggage tag to attach your label. These tags can typically be acquired from a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or UPS Store. To find a location near you, use the store locator on our website. Oversized luggage tags can also be purchased from Ship Sticks — our team can arrange one for you.
- Don't include any prohibited items. Typically, these items include any toiletries, anything fragile, and electronics. Please visit our article titled "What Can I Pack in my Domestic Shipment?" for a more complete list of prohibited items.
