Everyone who books a shipment with Ship Sticks must have a user account. However, it is a very seamless process in order to create an account with our service. Please follow the below instructions to create an account:
1. Navigate to www.ShipSticks.com and click on "Log In" in the top right-hand corner.
2. In the pop up window, click on "Click here to Create an account."
3. Enter all of the necessary information including your name, email, country of residence, mobile phone number, and password. You can also choose to sign up using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
4. Once you have created your account, you will be prompted to enter a verification code that you will receive either via text or phone call. Enter the code and click "Verify Number."
