Ship Sticks lets you book and check out as a guest — no account needed. In the Traveler Info step of booking, fill in your traveler information (name, email address, and phone number) and continue. Creating an account is optional: check "Create a Ship Sticks account" if you'd like one, or leave it unchecked to continue as a guest.
What you'll still receive as a guest: your order confirmation and shipping notifications arrive by email, so you can track your shipment and print your labels without an account. You can also opt in to SMS tracking updates during checkout.
Verifying your phone number: after you have finalized your order, there is one additional step required for security and confirmation purposes. You will be asked to verify your mobile phone number. This helps ensure that your order details are accurate and provides you access to your shipping labels.
Need to change your order? Online order editing is available for account holders — for guest orders, our team handles changes and cancellations for you.
