Dropping off at a local carrier store is a free alternative to scheduling a pickup. Here's how to choose a drop-off location and what to keep in mind:
Choosing drop-off during booking: after you choose your date and service level in the Shipping Options step, you'll be asked how we should collect your baggage. Select "Drop Off Your Bags" — it's free, and the option shows the distance to your nearest carrier partner store.
Finding a store: to browse drop-off locations at any time, use our store locator — enter your zip code, country, and carrier to find the nearest locations.
Match your carrier: drop your shipment off at a store that matches the carrier on your shipping label — for example, a shipment with a FedEx label should be dropped off at a FedEx location. Your carrier is assigned after your order is processed, and it's shown on your shipping label and tracking page.
Bring your labels: bring your shipping labels with you to the drop-off location.
Mind the cut-off time: if you're dropping off on your scheduled ship date, drop off before the store's cut-off time — otherwise your shipment won't begin transit until the next business day.
Weekend drop-offs: you can drop off on weekends if the store is open, but your shipment won't begin transit until the soonest business day.
