Check My Gift Card Balance

In order to check the balance on your gift card, please follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to www.ShipSticks.com/gift-cards.
2. At the bottom of the page, click on the link that says "Check your gift card balance."
3. Enter your gift card code and click "Check balance." If you received your gift card digitally, the code will be in the email you received and it will begin with the letters ST. If you received a physical gift card by mail, it will be a 16-digit code on the back of the card.
4. If the code is found, it will show you the original amount on the card and the remaining balance.

Gift cards are redeemable at www.ShipSticks.com for services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Gift cards are not returnable, replaceable, or redeemable for cash. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, please contact us.
