At Ship Sticks, we truly care about the safety of your clubs. For this reason, we require that your sticks be packaged in either a soft travel bag, a hard case, or a box. If you have opted for a pickup, your shipment must be properly packaged prior to 9 a.m. on the day of your scheduled pickup. Packaging materials of any kind will NOT be included with your order and the driver that collects your shipment will not be equipped with packaging or labeling materials.
If you have elected to drop off your shipment, a golf box may be acquired from a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or a UPS Store. A box is not required if your clubs are packaged in a hard case or soft travel bag. We do always recommend calling a location beforehand to ensure that any necessary shipping supplies are in stock. 'Ship Sticks' branded golf boxes may also be purchased via phone with a Customer Support Representative.
IMPORTANT: Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. Ship Sticks will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
