Our International Department is well-versed in country-specific customs guidelines and requirements. Based on our years of international shipping experience, we have found that Mexico is extremely stringent on shipments traveling into their country. Below is a list of guidelines that must be followed when shipping to Mexico to ensure a timely clearance through customs and on-time delivery.
- All contents must be packaged in a corrugated box. Golf boxes can typically be purchased from any local UPS Store or FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Click here to find a location near you. You can also purchase a box from Ship Sticks to be shipped to your home. If you are interested in purchasing a Ship Sticks box, please contact our support team.
- Items in the box must be limited to your travel bag, golf bag, golf clubs, and golf balls only. All other items must be removed from the shipment prior to pick up or drop off. This includes golf shoes, golf gloves, clothes, tees, ball markers, rain gear, rangefinder, etc. No exceptions will be made.
- Remove all price tags from any items packaged inside the box.
- For customs screening purposes, locks are prohibited. There are to be NO locks on or inside of the shipment.
